Your use of the web, app, or services in connection with the app, web, or products ('Services'), or registrations with us through the web or app signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. Neema Academy will occasionally send email notices or contact you to communicate about our Services, products and benefits, as they are considered an essential part of the Services you have chosen. We may disclose Information:

BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE NEEMA ACADEMY PRIVACY NOTICE AND ANY ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES (AS DEFINED BELOW) (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”).

All different software products provided by Neema Education Foundation Private Limited - operating under the brand name NEEMA ACADEMY (Apps and Website) are referred as “website” or “app”. The end users of this services are addressed as “users” or “you” hereafter.

Proprietary Materials The App is owned and operated by Neema Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code or object code), software, services, content, educational videos and exercises, and all other elements of the Website or APP are protected by the law of Nepal Government and international copyright, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other applicable laws governing intellectual property and proprietary rights. Except for any User Content provided and owned by Users and except as otherwise set forth in this Section, all Website & App Materials, and all trademarks, service marks, and trade names, contained on or available through the Website are owned by or licensed to Neema Academy, and Neema Academy reserves all rights therein and thereto not expressly granted by these Terms.

Licensed Educational Content.

Neema Academy may make available on the Website certain educational videos, exercises, texts and related supplementary materials that are owned by Neema Academy or its third-party. Neema Academy grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Licensed Educational Content as made available on the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes i.e. teaching and learning purposes. The materials sourcing from Neema Academy cannot be used in any other APP, website or printed form for commercial use.

Prohibited Conduct

Use Neema Acadmey for any commercial use or purpose unless expressly permitted by Neema Academy in writing, it being understood that the Website and related services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only;

Neema Academy may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Website or APP, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
